Jessica is the CEO and founder of Stay Graceful. She brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership to the team. After earning her Master's degree in Healthcare Administration at UNC and leading nonprofit healthcare organizations, she enjoys not only working with clients directly but designing healthcare services that best help individuals achieve success in their health journeys.
After watching her family navigate home healthcare for her grandmother, Jessica founded Stay Graceful in Rapid City, SD in 2019, to offer clients a more personal, professional home health experience. Since then, Stay Graceful has expanded to Sioux Falls, SD in 2021 and Omaha, NE in 2023. Stay Graceful care will be coming soon to St. Augustine, Florida.

Christina is the Vice President of Operations for the Stay Graceful team serving clients in Sioux Falls and Rapid City, South Dakota, and Omaha, Nebraska. She also acts as interim Director for the Sioux Falls office.
For over five years on the Stay Graceful team, Christina has provided leadership, along with a commitment and passion to home healthcare, that is unparalleled. Prior to Stay Graceful, she worked in hospital, outpatient, and home care settings for over 15 years. Christina is dedicated to ensuring Stay Graceful clients receive exceptional, personal care and that the Stay Graceful team members feel valued as part of an amazing care team.

Jerikia is the Care Team Manager for the Sioux Falls team. She has over 20 years of healthcare experience, three of which have been on the Stay Graceful team. Her favorite part of her job is seeing the smiling faces of clients when she visits. Her dedication to clients, ensuring they have the care they need in a personalized, reliable way, sets her apart.
Jerikia is the Care Team Manager for the Sioux Falls team. She has over 20 years of healthcare experience, three of which have been on the Stay Graceful team. Her favorite part of her job is seeing the smiling faces of clients when she visits. Her dedication to clients, ensuring they have the care they need in a personalized, reliable way, sets her apart.
Rapid City
Darlene is the Regional Director for the Rapid City team. She brings over 30 years of experience working in the medical field as an EMT, CNA, respiratory therapist, physical therapist, and victim advocate. Her skills and knowledge allow her to uniquely care for the variety of challenges that clients can face as they manage their health from home.
In addition, her personal experience with her mother’s time in a nursing home guides her as a leader for Stay Graceful. Seeing clients thrive at home, especially with strong bonds with their care team members, is her primary goal and what keeps her motivated.
Omaha
Ariel is the Care Team Manager for the Omaha Stay Graceful team. With over 10 years of healthcare experience in nursing home and home health settings, Ariel finds her joy in the connections she makes with clients. Her standards for professionalism while providing those special touches that make clients feel seen and heard is why she is an amazing team leader.
In addition to being a CNA, Ariel is currently working towards her degree in healthcare administration and looks forward to expanding her career and healthcare knowledge while growing the Stay Graceful team.
